I had a neighbor who put her old broken down toilet in the back-yard, filled it with dirt and planted flowers in it.

There are little courtesies for every occasion

why throw it out? They make great lawn ornaments and planters!… (albeit tacky… and, unfortunately, that is a thing, for tacky people, anyway!)

Discarded toilets can be adjusted to fit into trash bags with a 3 lb hammer.
