A long sleeved turtleneck sweater would not be my first choice to wear on a hot day. Although if that ice cream is really, really cold… (cold like the surface temperature of dry ice, which is −109.2 °F)
I imagine the tune plunking out of that “ice cream truck” is something even more annoying than what plays around here, which is commonly “Turkey in the Straw” on xylophone.

Nowadays, when you go into a fast-food restaurant, you have to put your order in on a screen—not a person.
