Whoever coloured this has made poor Lawrence pale and ill!

Not long after I got engaged, I had a friend who came up to me and showed me his wedding band and said “Wedding ring”. Then he took it off and showed me the mark around his finger and said “Ring of Death!”. I remain unsure if he was telling me it was my fault because I encouraged him to ask her out. He did. They’re still happily married. And so am I.

If that’s Rhetta looking at Mike laughing, she seems to have a worried expression on her face. Maybe anticipating a ‘Mike-less’ future?

This story does not match my own experience. After high school until I was in my early 30s, I went to a lot of weddings. There were kids from high school who had been dating in high school that got married right away. There were a bunch of marriages after the 4 years of college with friends marrying their college sweethearts. Then after that I was participating in Single Groups and there was always someone from those groups getting married. After I got married, then the invitations finally started to die down. Now, it is rare when I get invited to a wedding.

Don’t worry, after you get married they become easier to see because of all the weight they put on.

Like Rhetta’s side eye she’s giving Mike. Would be really funny if she catches the bride’s bouquet. Would love to see the look on Mikes face.

Maybe Gordon should have married Allyson Creemore. She is hotter than Tracey.

I am thankful there have been no remarks about Farley this week.

How many of these young marriages actually last? From what I’ve seen, many don’t. A lot of them end in divorce because people change as they grow older. Thoughts? Stories? Good outcomes?

I do remember this punch line very clearly from the first time around. I don’t remember Brian looking so horrified. It’s not a bad line.
