Drink some cat-a-tonic.

get earplugs
I got one and sleep so much better, and so does my wife.
Cats typically don’t sleep at night. They are mostly nocturnal. At night it is easier to cause destruction.
He should get Inspire
Don’t sleep on your back, curl up like a cat.
He’d like to get 20 hours purr night.
Is there an apnea app for a nap …?
( probably )
In 2022, when I went for my first apnea test … I scored a 72 AHI … “high apnea” is 32.
Gotta have those zzz’s!
It’s technically impossible to get 16 hours of sleep at night. That’s why cats sleep in the daytime. :)
Caught between a rock and a hard place when my Pulmonologist said none was needed, but my wife insisted I snore.
Twenty-four years with my cpap. My life changed the day after the sleep study…it was the first decent sleep in years. I love my cpap machine. It makes me feel just a little sleepy to think about the device. Thank you, Res-Med.
