I could use something like that to help me find all those things that I put in a place called “someplace where I’ll be sure to find it when I need it.” I’ve lost an awful lot of stuff there and I never find the stuff until I no longer need them.
I have some news that will surprise most of you. I have slowly realized that dear Molly is not the right dog for me. The 2 huge problems are her climbing my 5 foot block wall, and running up to anyone else she sees in an overly friendly way that could get someone hurt. (Where I live and hike dogs are allowed off leash but must be under voice control). However, a friend spoke with a co worker who is a nurse, professional dog trainer and also runs a business taking visitors and their dogs on hikes in the mountains, PLUS she has been looking for a female German shepherd who is friendly to other dogs and people to add to her pack. We spoke at length yesterday and are meeting on Monday. Please everyone, paws crossed that this works out. I must have a dog that can sometimes be left home alone, and go hiking with me without worrying that it will hurt someone. I cannot hike in the steep eastern Sierra holding a dog on a leash, I need to use hiking poles and one quick bolt could pull me over and get me badly hurt. Living with other people and dogs would give her a better life, and it will take no time at all for her to bond with new people.
Good luck on your quest, Chesney. Wonder if that device can be used to find out where missing socks go. On another note, saw four juncos while out walking today.

Or maybe it will help you find a pot of gold.
Where did you buy it? I want one, too.

Be careful what or who you look for. It might not be what you hoped it would be.

Chesney REALLY needs that moral compass. As do a lot of politicians.

Love the phrase, “Global Poppa Searcher”…but, Chesney, are you sure this guy in town is a legitimate seller of such things?
