That very much sounds like the answer to “we know about mothers’ and fathers’ day .. why don’t we have a kids’ day?” to which, of course, the reply is “every day’s kids’ day”. Doesn’t work of course, and is simply a cop-out. WHERE’S MY BREAKFAST IN BED – WHERE’S MY PRESENT? I sure don’t get any of that on my ‘kids’ day’ (which, apparently, is EVERY day!).
