Well, at least it’s not Pittsburgh!

In the winter? Not too bad.

Why Atlanta? … because it’s a hub!

Sorta like navigating GoComics the past three days.

It’s always Atlanta. Sherman should have finished the job!

Better Atlanta than Orlando!

Hartsfield Heaven … Standby.

That’s one seven-hour layover I don’t think anyone would mind too much.

He’s fortunate he’s going to heaven; the rides to the other place are provided by Boeing.

As long as there’s food and drink…I don’t care!

He’ll be okay as long as his luggage doesn’t get lost.

Bleeb looks a little slant-eyed today.

And that is just to make it around the I-285 loop. Not everyone gets to ride MARTA.

Deal!!!! A few hours in Atlanta would be Purgatory enough!

The good news is that Hartsfield has several great bars.

7 hours in purgatory on election day counting ballots. Heaven can wait.

The best thing about Atlanta is it is 750 air miles from here.

That’s called Purgatory!

I thought the angels were in Anaheim.

Whatever he had was terminal.

That’s nothing. He’s been laying over at this location for two days.

It’s like the old song, “If you wanna get to Heaven, you’ve got to… transfer in Atlanta”.

If that’s the bad news it’s all good.

Nope. Not a 7-hour layover. 15 minutes, and you have to get from Gate A-30 to D-7.

There are worse airports for that kind of layover.

So Purgatory is real after all?

My relatives in Charleston, SC, said that to get to heaven or heck you had to go through Atlanta.

If you die in the southeastern US it doesn’t matter where you end up, you are going through Atlanta!

So Atlanta is Limbo ?

The bad news is that you’re not going to heaven. The good news is that you have a seven-hour layover in Atlanta!

See? It’s all a matter of perspective!

I can’t just fly on my wings??

The other direction connects through Detroit.

Could be worse with 4 different airport stops with Southwest.
