Minus; when he gets home YOU’RE still there.

If you are away from home, you can avoid seeing mother Gargle’s face, and this is a plus.

If she’s there then being away is definitely a PLUS! When oh when will Brutus ever learn to stop throwing those hanging curveballs to her and Veebs?

Brutus. Don’t give Mother Gargle an opening. Just leave the room with tail between legs. She’s got your number. Easy over.

coming back home to deal with home problems would be my guess… my brother seems to be doing that a lot these days. lucky for him it ain’t family being the problem. :j

The plus is that he doesn’t have to look at you as often, Mother Gargle.

The minus is “I come back and you are still here”. A plus is “You might have a heart attack and die while I’m away, although I’d like to be here and watch you go”.

Not seeing Gargoyle is most definitely a plus and not having to do those pesky chores and not being reminded of having to do those pesky chores by the wife and Gargoyle is something to be thankful for. However, missing your kids sports game is most definitely a negative. Remember that Brutus is and always will be a good family man, even when he is eating his steak and lobster on the company expense account for his business expenses….

Maybe her broom will run out of gas halfway home.

A real horror situation: Mother Gargle gets hired at Brutus’ job so he has to deal with her both at work and at home!

There really are no pluses, he get it at home and work.

Hmm … I think “Mother Gargoyle” would suit her better.

A big minus is Mother Gargle’s presence in Brutus’ house. Jeez…

Back in the 80’s, my dad had a job that required him to be gone a lot, traveling, flying here and there…he was an automobile engineer, so he worked with tool and dye places that would make car parts. When he did get home, and us kids (teenagers) didn’t greet him with, “Yeah, he’s home!!!”…he got all bummed out. He ended up finding another job where he could be at home more often so he could have family time.

The minus is that she is sometimes in his home when he gets there.
