I don’t allow a dog on the bed. So when I got married, I made a bed for my wife’s dog. He liked it always being on the floor beside me.

I can see that he’s sleeping, but why is he named “Spot”?

We only have had cats, but they all spent so much time on both ends of the sofa top that there are permanent indentations in the foam. They also liked to use the ends of the sofa as scratching posts when we weren’t around to tell them to stop. Someday I’ll have the sofa reupholstered (it’s an older sofa worth keeping, much better than most of what’s sold today), but for now, those indentations serve as comforting reminders of the cats we cared for over the years.

Our cat liked to sleep in the bed with us, but that was a problem, so I got him his own cat bed.

    What a waste of money.

Very anthropomorphic. I have 4 sleeping spots…. recliner, couch, carpet and bed. Oh, and the backyard hammock which I seldom use because of all the mosquitoes.

He should be called Snoopy. He probably sleeps on top of his doghouse as well.

After reading a bunch of random feed “Half Full” cartoons (in anticipation of the author-artist’s new book), I am genuinely at a loss here. Repectfully, I have to ask: are these cartoons meant to be humorous? Or something else?
