    Striving to do one’s best in all things isn’t necessarily perfectionism. Striving for excellence & integrity means you accept that things won’t always turn out the way you wished but you do it anyway and hope to learn from your failures.

    Perfectionism is a disorder where you punish yourself if you are unable to achieve your goals which are often unattainable.
