And always eat dessert first! If you eat your vegetables first, you might not have room for dessert and that would be a shame!

My cat eats almost exactly like Snow, except he gets salmon instead of sardines. He always has two kinds of dry food available. This diet seems to work for him, because he’s never been overweight or had health problems of any kind, and he’s going on 16 years old.

My idea of a balanced diet is a bottle of water in each hand.

I agree- certainly for dessert.

Oatmeal for dessert? Well maybe with lots of brown sugar and dried fruit.

Couldn’t agree more. A balanced diet is a healthy diet.

Ice cream for desert nearly every day for me, including cold dark December nights. So good to see Snow this morning.
