Wonderful, we can all moon the new moon together!!!

Then on to bigger and better.

Now we can get mooned twice.

If it for that short period then it ain’t no moon.

Amazon should be hyping sales of their “Just Visiting This Planet” posters and t-shirts.

I see the moon and the moon sees me, the moon sees somebody I wanna see. God bless the moon and God bless me, And God bless that somebody I wanna see.

O, swear not by the moon, the inconstant moon,

That monthly changes in her circled orb,

Lest that thy love prove likewise variable.

I believe our Luna has a manmade moon – or is that Mars? Or both?

I’ll light my torch and wait before the New Moon on Monday!

The human brain is just not happy unless it can find causation for everything it encounters. It can’t deal with the fact that things quite often happen for no particular reason. This little piece of space rock just happened to be floating around in such a way that it wound up having a particular interaction with Earth’s gravitational field. That’s all there is to it. However, I do hope Luna and her intern have a nice time.

It’s just a temporary phase it’s going through.

It’s happened before throughout Earth’s history. You won’t be able to see it and it’s primarily a way to fill news space. :)

It’s an orphan moon.

Cold-hearted orb that rules the night

Removes the colors from our sight

Is anybody doing a study to see how this new moon affects werewolves?

Well, it’s nice that poets are no longer limited to “June”, “croon”, “spoon” and “baboon”. Now they have “other, smaller moon.”
