I had a seizure when I was about 3 years old, and my parents took me to the hospital, where the doctors examined me. I have the results, which my parents kept and gave me a few years ago. It says I am mentally normal. About four decades later, I had an MRI done. The doctor told me that my brain is normal.
I guess that just proves that doctors don’t know what they’re talking about.

Now, On to what RJ really came for; his annual prescriptions. (Twinkies and soda.)

As normal as a talking raccoon can get, that is.

If RJ’s endoskeleton was goo, he’d have problems standing up.

Since most people are lazy good for nothings, then yes, motivation, drive and ambition would be considered abnormal

There is a nice echo if you tap RJ’s head.

But what is Hammy’s idea of normal?
