I have a bad feeling that no matter who wins this election, we’ll all lose.

What’s good about this election is that both have records in office for the top job and 2nd top job, so you can base your vote on how they did. If you don’t like everything costing on average 20% more and are o.k. with 15 million new arrivals that have come in illegally you can vote accordingly.

Dems concede and complain about it til the next election. Trumpers pretend they didn’t lose and stage an armed uprising. Yeah just alike…

I read an interesting article this morning that predicts a large win for Harris. I thought the most salient points on why it will go this way were that several polls indicating Trump leading were paid for by the Trump Campaign, and women “Ghost Voters”, those that either say they are undecided, or say they will vote Trump because they are dominated by men in their lives, but once they get in the Voting Booth, they vote Harris.

What I really want to see is a Landslide for Harris, which will make it kind of amusing how the losers will try to spin that! ☺

I will not take sides today. I made my decision last week in the voting booth. But I will say this: when I am at a loss for words, I steal them from people who express my thoughts better.

“Darkness cannot drive out darkness, only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate, only love can do that” – Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. What kind of America do you want your children to grow up in?

Whataboutism at it’s finest. Who encouraged his followers to storm the capitol? Who STILL hasn’t conceded he lost 4 years ago? Who is still using violent rhetoric to stir up his followers to do the same this time around? Who won’t commit to accepting the election results if he loses? Trumpicans are losers because they do NOT accept the reality that their guy is a convicted felon, wannabe dictator, who loves Putin. There are many other things I could say about him and his cult but it’s not worth my time.

Until our elections are fully auditable, every close result will be doubted. Like every other endeavor (banking, pro sports, education, scientific publication, immigration, everything where ‘winning’ can yield large benefit), elections are subject to fraud Fraud may occur or it may not – the more difficult it is difficult to catch, the more likely it is to happen.

If you feel hatred and racism, bigotry and misogyny vote for tRump. If you feel that the U.S. having returned to be leader of the free world should maintain our position, vote for Harris.

“The constant lying is not aimed at making the people believe a lie, but at ensuring that no one believes anything anymore.

“A people that can no longer distinguish between truth and lies cannot distinguish between right and wrong.

“And such a people, deprived of the power to think and judge, is, without knowing and willing it, completely subjected to the rule of lies. With such a people, you can do whatever you want.”

    — Hannah Arendt (1906–1975)

My comment: never give up on the struggle to find Truth! This BC, while funny, ultimately leads to a deadly apathy. This generation has been taught that “feelings are facts,” but really, Facts are Facts. Freedom is assured only in the struggle to find Truth with a capital T.

I’m old and don’t have many elections left. I hope I live long enough to vote one more time for the candidate I believe is the better of the two rather than the least bad of the two.

Press…“What SPECIFICALLY will you do to bring down the price of groceries”? Answer – “I was brought up in a middle-class neighborhood…” Nation, in unison, “Oh God. Make it stop”.

I knew before the nominees were chosen.

The duopoly parties agree with each other much more than either agrees with me.

And in practice, they generally don’t follow through very well on the areas where they do agree with me.

“Get used to disappointment.” I certainly have.
