This talk of “we come in peace” makes me think of a TV show I saw long ago. Woman and two men were investigating dodgy doings in Australia. M2 was ex-Australian SAS. At night they arrived at the gates of secret establishment. They see car coming. M2 slips away into the dark. Car stops, two guards get out and approach W and M1.M1 says “We are visitors from another planet. “. M2 sneaks up behind the guards. A story line for next Halloween

If I remember correctly, Destry and Tortimer were both gifts from The Nana. Therefore, they must be intrinsically good.
