That’s not bone. It’s either rock, plastic, or fibreglass. Or resin or rubber. Or paper-mâché or composites or mypointisthey’renotbones!!!

There, my natural pedantry is momentarily sated. Now I need a cup of tea.

I wonder if the ants also had huge piles of tiny rolls of toilet paper. …probably not.

He needs to find the hot dog vendor and lock him up in the basement again. Maybe, just for variety, he could kidnap a Mexican street food vendor as well.

The story of the Grasshopper and the Ant is a great favorite…with the ants.

Given that, in real life, grasshoppers reappear with the return of warm weather just as ants do, they must have their own way of making provision for the winter just as ants do. What a bum rap!

From renowned philosopher Phillip J. Fry (the one from Earth):

It’s just like the story of the grasshopper and the octopus. All year long the grasshopper kept burying acorns for winter while the octopus mooched off his girlfriend and watched TV. Then the winter came, and the grasshopper died, and the octopus ate all his acorns and also he got a racecar. Is any of this getting through to you?
