I have a cousin who took her daughter to see Taylor Swift in Philadelphia. Spent $3,000 for two tickets. Said it was a life changing experience and totally worth it. Whatevs.

Many in my family are professional musicians – popular music to classical and I found I prefer smaller venues if I want to enjoy a musical performance. Concert halls are a delight because the acoustics immerse you in the music, a concert with Marshall amps and huge PA systems is also good but it is not the same in my book.

And he hasn’t left yet? Glutton for punishment.
