I’m walking crooked. But it’s fore and aft, not sideways. Over 80 years of walking around in a 1 g field does that.
When my parrot died it was a huge weight off of my shoulders.

The hamster reminds me of a science fiction story about some man-made critter which would lie on people’s shoulder.
