    @Gweedo it’s legal here Murray

    …with a light squeeze of lemon juice?

    Hadn’t thought of it but I have Bragg’s vinegar, with the ‘mother’. Raw, non filtered.

    Anybody else take advantage of this? Albertsons had Rotisserie chickens for $1.98, instead $8.98. I’m going to be mighty sick of chicken, but I couldn’t pass that up!

    Today is:

    NATIONAL FAST FOOD DAY

    INTERNATIONAL CHECK YOUR WIPERS DAY. My wipers are fine! I don’t need to check them since I’ve been using them often.

    NATIONAL BUTTON DAY

    NATIONAL INDIANA DAY

    My Cat in the Stacks book, “Murder Past Due”, is now available at the library, so I will pick that up in the morning. I hope I like this series as much as the Cat Who mysteries. I have all but 4 of the Cat Who books. I bought them all at library book sales over the years. I finally bought the 2 collections of short stories just this year – “Short and Tall Tales” and “The Private Life of the Cat Who…”. I was not terribly impressed by the short stories, but I liked the other ones.

    The crunching leaves will eventually give her away.

    I see two ears. The rest of Jellybean is well camouflaged. If you turn around, Annie, you may be able to see them poking out of the leaves.

    I think I can see her ears sticking out of that leaf pile. Jellybean has natural camouflage in Autumn. On another note, saw eight chickadees, a spotted towhee, and three varied thrushes while out walking today.
