Does this shell make me look fat?

I was a size 5 until my fifties. Antidepressants changed my metabolism and I went to size ten. Then Covid came along and I’m a size 12. Could be worse, I suppose. I’m healthy now that I’ve beaten ovarian cancer. It was only stage one, so I didn’t lose weight.
