We have a daughter and a granddaughter who have hair that’s so thick that it’s hard to run your fingers through it and pretty curly too. They have each… on different occasions… spent time living with us, and both of them managed to clog the shower. Fortunately, I have a “four claw grabbit” that works to, among other things, pull great greasy/soapy gobbets of hair out of the plumbing. The amusing thing is that neither one could STAND to see me pulling THEIR hair out looking like that.
When have a “drain strain” – a plastic device that goes over the drain in the shower. We use it when we bathe our golden retriever. We can get about a pound of fur off it that we throw out in the yard. Clean dog hair seems to be a favorite nesting material for the birds.
Get a pack of bristle pipe cleaners. Shove one down the drain and twist it a turn or two. When you pull it back out, it will have a nasty glop of hair, soap, and skin oil attached. Throw the whole conglomeration away. Enjoy a free running drain.

The only one in my house who doesn’t clog the drain is me. I’m bald.

That’s one bad case of frizz.

I’d bet on the shower, rather than the sink…

There was an old man with a beard
Who said “It is just as I feared
Two owls and a hen
Four larks and a wren
Have all built their nests in my beard!”

Who said “It is just as I feared
A hawk and a pigeon
And org’nized religion
Have all built their nests in my beard!”
