I had 4 big black turkey vultures near the pond last week. They must have carried over their carrion luggage for a picnic. Didn’t find any skulls this time.
I have a bird bath about that size and I occasionally see a squirrel hop up on the edge and get a drink, and hop off again. If it had been a bird feeder I would get upset, but any squirrel is always welcome to have a drink.
