Though this is a 2019 rerun, the years were changed from 2019/2020 to 2024/2025.

Wrong, Sonny! 2024 was a leap year and had one extra day!

You won’t find that extra day in the 2025 calendar!

Wilberforce is astoundingly clueless about the concept of a calendar.

Like not springing forward and doing the calculations for half of the year.

Funny how he says he bought I 2024 instead of 2025. Yesterday, it was said he bought a 2019.

With the exception of Leap Year, Wilberforce is correct in his understanding that the months and the number of days they contain are the same from year to year. Time now for Brutus to sit him down with two calendars, 2024 and 2025, and show him that this year, January 1st was a Monday, and next year, it will be a Wednesday. I hope Brutus’ smile in the last panel means that he’s feeling sharp enough to explain why that is so, and looking forward to a little father-son time.

Anybody who still has a calendar 2020 to 2023 needs a kick in the cajones.
