so, they are changing their name of a dead tongue to a group that screws a lot? good call? well, it is better than bieber.

I not only have that book – the band I was in submitted a song for consideration for the 45! I remember – they anounced a contest in the comic one Sunday asking for submissions…

I forget whether I still have that, buried in dead storage, or just remember seeing it.

Anybody else have a copy of the BatB concert poster? From their only gig, Friday April 10, 1987, Hiawatha Room, Albuquerque Motel 6. It is one of my prize possessions!

Yep, I still own mine as well. Haven’t played the record in years, but as others have pointed out, the songs are available on Youtube.

I wore my “Billy and the Boingers” shirt to a comic convention last week. I am thoroughly middle aged, have owned this shirt since the late 80’s. A couple of kids remarked on my shirt, telling me how much they love Bloom County. One person was not aware that the strip is posted here. So Berke, if you’re reading this, you still have a lot of fans out there…
