Very good Thom, that’s hilarious! So apparently folks, on June 1, 2011 “Comics.com and GoComics.com will be merging.” This means, that where if one of their sites whet down, we still had comics to read. Now we won’t have that, because all the comics (well except 6) will be offline at the same time. What do you folks think of this merger?
Yay a two comment day! In addition to the other pareidolia comments, there are 2 center berg faces. Sad face in upper berg and happier face in lower berg with the sea lion (shape of face says sea lion, not seal but it’s not big deal). bmonk from your later comment yesterday, the control-scroll wheel is a browser feature, not a site feature. In IE (which I launched just long enough to look for it), it’s in the menus and called Zoom there. In my preferred Opera, the keypad numbers do size things in addition to the scroll wheel and menu (page, zoom) stuff.
comics.com has better (i.e. larger and clearer) comics when you click-to-zoom.The one polar bear is applying his/her favorite cologne, eau de fish-heads.
I think the bear is squeezing the fish too hard. But why bother with a fish when there’s a tasty seal right there? That’s what bi-polar bears really like!
If anyone goes back a few days you’ll see that I’m catching up again. This is the first time I’ve seen the new GoComics upgrade. I’ve been wanting to be able to comment directly to another comment!! This is great! I was expecting, however, for the “Comment on this Strip” button to lead directly to the bottom. Oh, well. I’ve missed you all, you’re a bright group to hang around with. I’ll be more conscientious in my attendance. Mostly I’ve been doing “Retail” therapy.

Since they’re conjoined twins, if one’s bi-polar, then so’s the other.

Easy to tell which of the two is manic and which is depressive.
Is that a seal of approval in the background?

The comics.com format is better than this one. It’s too bad these comics aren’t shifting to that site.
