Goat has a point. Worse is how the US has outsourced most of its manufacturing to China, so their economic downturn hits us as well. I won’t even start on Donald Chump; is Canada willing to sponsor me as an expat?

Fifteen years later, Pastis’ appreciation of the public’s obliviousness to exactly these specifics about China has finally been elevated by – Trump himself, as President. Perhaps Pastis got the idea from Trump in 2005. Greatest President in history.

GeorgeSteele – I normally say, “The greatest President in modern history” since I don’t know how he would really compare to George Washington or Thomas Jefferson. But, I’ll go along with what you said because I can’t really disagree!!! Now, even after a year of Biden failures, liberals still refuse to admit it. “Oh, his tweets hurt my feelings”. WHO CARES!
