Look along the side towards the bottom of the frame. Should be a USB jack near the corner. You’ll have to buy Adobe Canvas for the free photoshop app though.

Do a Google search for “Digital Easel”. Nowadays there’s always something you can find to kill a decent punchline…

This is why I only buy used paint. It comes out of the crate already formed as artwork.

There is a show in 2nd season now called “Wprk of Art”. You can guess just how serious it is by the fact that SJP is one of the judges, and producers.

person, yes. I thought post modern came after abstract expressionism. Wasn’t that back in the 50’s, Mr. Pollock being one of them? Or was Salvador Dali doing Abstract Expressionism? Is Realism still in? And of course, what was Post Modern?

Art doesn’t need to be representational, but there’s no rule against it. Art doesn’t need to make a statement, but there’s no rule against it. Hell, Art doesn’t even need to be aesthetically pleasing but there’s no rule against it (does every story need to have a happy ending?). Since the advent of photography, the idea of “Does it look like what it’s supposed to look like?” has receded in importance, but many abstract painters began with the fundamentals of rendering and composition; they knew what the “rules” were before they chose to break them.

If your attitude is “I may not know Art, but I know what I like,” that’s fine. But many if not most Artists are driven by a desire to at least do something that hasn’t been done before, so if you see a piece that confounds your expectations and prompts the question “But is it Art?” the question deserves consideration. Maybe your answer is “No”, maybe somebody else’s answer is “Yes.”

One problem is that nobody wants to be the guy who didn’t recognize the next Van Gogh… (I’m pretty sure it ain’t Jeff Koons, though.)

Welcome to the age of non-creativity. With people allowing the TV to raise their kids, computers, smart phones and video games on top of that, it’s no surprise that this generation has no clue of the reality of nature, is lacking in social skills, can’t grow food, or let alone prepare it. Parents have produced a generation of helpless individuals with an attitude of entitlement never seen before. Way to go!

I like the New Yorker’s commentary on Modern Art—a cartoon with the caption, "Oh, it’s certainly an “objet”—I’m just not certain it’s “d′art”.

This century’s major representational art form is the graphic novel.

Mozart would be scoring movie themes.

Puts me in mind of an early 80’s issue of OMNI, showing computer art no eight year old would claim today… Someday you will have to go to museums to see today’s digital art in its original format. Unless the OWSers win, in which case the medicine men will use HDD platters as medallions, and people will be able to gain Indisputability by swallowing a piece of “Machina Analytica”!
