I can highly relate to this! I still remember what celery looks like after three months in a refrigerator. Not something you want to touch at all!

Only thing with mold in my frig is some cheeses ;-) I’m not good at gardening, tho’ It’s usually too hot or cold to want to. When it’s really nice outside I take a book. I read the first chapter of my latest book yesterday (Cien Anos de Soledad).

I always say “here’s another science experiment to throw away” when I find gross forgotten food.

I just discovered a 3-month old piece of ginger root in my fridge. Leathery and squishy, it looks like a Freddy Kruger finger.

“NO Green Thumbs”….Actually…..NO thumbs of any color….! ! !

Ever heard George Carlin’s “Ice box man” routine?

I have two black thumbs. Plants run for cover when they see me coming.

I was given a refrigerator magnet that said,

DO NOT DISTURB. SCIENTIFIC MOLD EXPERIMENT IN PROGRESS.

My mom has such a sense of humour. Sigh.
