I paraphrase Douglas Adams- “Anything invented before we were born is right and good. Anything invented in our youth is exciting and we can probably make a good living at it. Anything invented after we’re thirty is wrong and should be stopped.” .
I think that applies to the way we view television (and comic strips) too.

Greg – I mostly agree with Mr. Adam’s … however, “Beiber”, “Gaga”, “Jersey Shore”, “Survivor” and “Eminem” were all invented when I was in my 20s, and there are many other that should never have had any amount of fame. Just sayin’.

It seems every generation remembers their TV shows and some don’t.

There was a Saint movie made a few years ago; unfortunately, they made Simon into a “James Bond” type and it was terrible.

I hope i’m not alone on this, but I watched a ton of Nick at Night growing up and I have fond memories of Mr. Ed, The Patty Duke Show, F Troop and countless more. However I was still an 80s and 90s tv fan, Muppet Babies, Pee Wee Herman, Clarissa Explains It All… I could go on and on!
