its simple, soften them up with candy, brine over night, cover in aluminum, roast at no higher than 325 until tender, and meat pulls away from the bone, baste with BBQ sauce if desired

I find annoyance with the fact that the Cleveland Plain Dealer ran this. But banned Non Sequitur in today’s paper! I believe very strongly in freedom of press. However. If you are going to ban one. Ban both! Or, better yet, ban neither! You are going to offend just as many people with a strip that can be found a tad racist, as you are with a strip about cooking children!

That reminds me of Jonathon Swift who suggested the Irish eat their own children.

I find 35 minutes at 375, rolled in a light, pastry crust works quite well!

Most everything I could think of to say here has already been said so I’ll have to go out on a limb, so to speak, and suggest they’ll turn out better if she uses the Butcher Dance as a guide to preparing them and prep’s what it’s all about. This depends on your having encountered a certain shaggy dog story but there are a couple of clues in there.

Don’t you know witch, those children will push YOU into the oven, turn the temperature up to 500, and let you get very well done.
