The power of a potty break.
palos over 12 years ago
That was so yesterday! The power was off and it was pitch black inside despite the virgin white snow outside.

There aren’t enough hair dryers in the world to melt that snow quick enough.

A looming disaster. I see the need for the development of a big cat box——to be developed SOON!!!

I foresee a hanging moon out a second story window coming soon.

It’s not like it hasn’t snowed before: They live in the Northeast … They should have an emergency shovel inside the house!

I don’t think they’re looking for autographs…no matter WHOSE handwriting…

Great time to teach them how to use the toilet!

A dandy way to teach discipline.

In Indiana, if the front door was blocked, the backdoor would be less so, and vice versa. Will dad come walking in the back door tomorrow?

Never underestimate a girl and her hair dryer.

if it can work on 3 inches of freezer build up, snow shouldn’t be a problem!

electric stock-prod to the butt, and both horse and dog would manage to get out quick enough.

Where’s Flo and her superhotflashpower?

The thing is to keep up with it before it gets that bad. I have 3 Dachshunds and I have to go out regular during snow storms and keep trenches dug around the house.

If the snow is that thick have the pets go out the second floor window.

I wish we had snow like that in panel 2…..I don’t think it’s ever going to snow…sniff…

I second the motion for snow. So far this winter, we really haven’t had any to speak of. And what we DID get turned quickly into ice. My backyard is one huge field of ice. Going outside is interesting.

Yeah… flood the house with melted snow. Why not just stick them in the bath tub and wait for them to get sick of waiting? ;-)

One way or another, there’s going to be a puddle!

Been there, but my Saint Bernard did a great job breaking trail. No problem going potty. :) The problem was staying out long enough to satisfy her!

why not let the pets pee on the snow and the snow will melt…“kill two birds with one stone”. :)

I’ve been in this situation. We got a tarp out, spread it by the door, and knocked down snow until we could get out. The snow was drifted up over the door kinda parabolically, so it was thin at the top of the door and not a big deal. The tarp was hauled off and dumped in the tub. We squirmed out and went to the barn/shed to get to the shovels and snowblower.
Note: we had one medium shovel inside the house. We weren’t completely stupid.
No snow where I am this winter, sadly.
