Well, while generally speaking cats are much quieter, they are just as demanding in their own way.

I like the upside-down cat; he must have suction cups on his paws.

All things considered, I much prefer cats.

Well, my son has three, but they’re all neutered “rescue” animals.

Only 7 pairs of the clean animals and one pair of the unclean, please… No, wait, even when “clean,” cats are just covered in dried cat saliva.

Hee.

The guy on the lamp cracks me up….and that one off to the right, upside down on his head, what’s up with that guy? My favorite is the one draped over his lap. It’s just hanging there like it’s filled with sand or something….It’s a great toon to look at today Wiley. All those cool cats….I hope nobody suggests we should try to name them all….Anyway, can you imagine if they were bears? You draw great bears. Some of us only draw flies…

Only those who are “cat people” would relate to this and not be offended. Although I have one cat, my in-laws seem to “accumulate” kittens and cats (not quite to this extreme) but a visit to their house reminds me of this. We seem to be visited by each of them in turn.

I can all too easily see my other half and I being like this in decades to come! :)

My wife replaced our 2 kids with 13 cats (unofficial count) and 2 dogs. The house is definitely cleaner now.

I have six cats. Some inside and some outside, all neutered and spayed. I look very much like this woman with cats hanging all over me but my husband is not that content with the situation. This cartoon made me giggle but I won’t show my husband because he thinks that’s where we’re headed.

No need to worry about the litter boxes! Free range is better, they can use the neighbors gardens. It’s free fertilizer. ;^P

Love all the cats in this one. Booth couldn’t have done it better. Reminds me of my brother and his wife — no kids, but lots of pets (mostly dogs).

So why should we be graceful?

I love cats. I just can’t eat a whole one by myself though!

Seems to me people are missing the point of the strip. It’s not whether cats are better than children. It’s that Evelyn and Earl feel “more is better,” so it’s a good thing they didn’t have 30 children.

If they had children, they would never have had so many cats! (I hate cats.)

They all use the same litter box… But with all the cat they have to clean it out like every hour
