Happy Dad’s Day all. for those of us lucky enough to have fathers who were actively involved in our growing up.Gene has stepped up and taken that role for Meg since her bio dad is nowhere to be seen. providing sperm doesn’t make one a father.Gene and Meg have become bonded despite the lack of a blood connection. you want servicemen to have a great Fathers Day? bring them home from those holes in the east that will be no better after we leave than before we came!

Nice comic strip. Arlo, we laugh at you and make comments about you, but you’ve done well at a very important thing, you’ve made a good dad.

Great strip! That little girl loves her “Daddy Gene” and Gene gets to enjoy his first Fathers’ Day!

I’m still waiting to see what, if anything, comes out of Gene and Mary Lou’s little sea-side romp…alleged romp…

A job well done Arlo. Happy Father’s day to all the dads that deserve it. You know who you are and who you aren’t.

@Paul Roese: Your last sentence is right on target. Support our soldiers – bring them home.

Give disabled vets whatever they need – and stop disabling more.
