In Thailand sometimes there is a small dish on the table, containing fish sauce (Nam Pla) and chopped chillis. This can be spooned over the rice. Some people then sprinkle sugar on top. I like it but some say I’m strange.

I sometimes still drink good organic cocoa with my breakfast (sweetened w Stevia) but it has a good bit of heavy cream because that’s how I roll.
I have even used it when I had run out of cream so only used water and it still was not bad.
