It would be cheaper to sweep the floor regularly and go barefooted more often. You don’t need shoes indoors except for insulation. As Bob Neinast says, “If it isn’t cold enough for gloves, it isn’t cold enough for shoes.”
So Joe is the ring bearer; hopefully she will be the flower-girl. Good to include everyone in family events like weddings.
