Hey, Look, At one time the number of “contract” employees in Iraq outnumbered the armed forces by over 10,000. It was the previous administration’s way of making up for the shortage of GIs. Plus it made a lucrative means of channeling our tax dollars to their cronies.

Funny, that– Under the Taliban as a government, the poppy/opium/heroin trade was squelched. That consequence was just unacceptable (remember the ‘Secret Team’ from ContraGate? They didn’t go away.)
