I don’t want to go out on a limb or anything, but how about a hoary old belief system that’s worked for millions since about Galileo’s day? It’s called “science” and does require a little more personal work than some of the more modern predictive systems, but it has an incredible track record in terms of not letting you down if you do the exercises every day or two.

Comes from a young girl with a fever who announced it came in a vision from the Holy Spirit while she was sick. The Irvingites, and then J.N. Darby picked it up and started trying to read it into Bible. And the whole mindset that made it possible was was a piece of Jesuit propaganda by Manuel Lacunza (writing under a fake name) which was intended to show Luther and the Reformers were the Anti-christ. Some Protestants swallowed the lie, but turned it on its head and identified the Pope as Anti-Christ.

I read that Trump’s Washington hotel is nearing the End Times like most of his other “successful” businesses.

Lots of people need a finish line to keep them motivated to stay in the race. The human race is a hard trek for most of us.

I am quite amused at those who periodically predict the apocalypse (or, just simply the end of the world). People have been doing that since the first millennium back in 1000 CE (Common Era). There is nothing new under the sun.

You can be wrong about the End of the World 10,000 times, but you only need to be right once.

The Universe really loves to mess with us. As soon as anyone puts a date on the end of the World, you can bet money on it not happening.

These are supposed to be up-to-date comics on Sundays, but I do not see any safety measures used in this work place for the pandemic. At least show some panels between the workers!
