There used to be a warning flag buzzword phrase: “90% software completion milestone”. If your programmers have not detailed modular development, you have no real milestones and that “last 10%” will use 150% of your budget and another year. Software can always be “improved” until the money runs out. Then you get 10% “bells and whistles” that just sounded like a good idea and only 90% functionality for the intended purpose.
I am a programmer and I say programmers make poor administrators. Review progress early and often.
Oh hell do I remember all the changes in my 33 year career, most of the moronic ones came in the latter years under women bosses. Not all of my women bosses were bad just some were bad at their job and got promoted somehow.
So they’d all rather the company go under? Big Shot Trent unemployed, Mike and Kim in the red, Alex (who shouldn’t be working anyway at NINE) possibly unable to attend what is probably a pricey school for gifted kids?

From what I’ve seen, Kim’s old BF hasn’t done a lick of constructive work—just played video games!!
Just how would he expect to meet a deadline??

So this is what gives liberals a bad name. Expecting results is not slave driving.

Does Kim have idea one about how business and the world works? She may be brilliant but she’s clueless.

Well, I will remember that when you get paid next week, which you wouldn’t have done otherwise.

Pay them piece rates for their work. No output, no pay. That’s the way I have worked most of my life.

Mike, face it: you’ve been sold out by testosterone and hitched your wagon to a complete loser narcissist whose BF is likewise. Face it, man.
