I tried a new recipe for chocolate chip cookies the other day. I’m watching what I eat but I can make allowances for desserts. Anyway they were supposed to be chewy and were fluffy instead. Disappointing and not worth the calories, so I dumped the dough. It was a complicated recipe on top of that.
Do the pound-and-toss games instead of the rides, and walk the entire exhibit area(s) of the Fair! Might get some toning under the ‘sag’. I see lots of standing/walking folks behind our little family.
I get a corn dog every year at our County Fair. There’s a booth there where they make their own hotdogs. They’re the best! Always a long line for them, but they’re worth the wait.

Maybe “Elephant” is not the best word to put in front of a snack bar.

Corn dogs. Had one or two in my life (at state fairs). Last one maybe 30, 40 years ago…

They may not taste the best, but I find the anticipation of enjoying one is part of the overall enjoyment.

Ain’t nothing corny than a corn dog! I prefer a hot sausage with jalapeños in the batter.

They do make a vegetarian version in the frozen department.
