That didn’t look like a right triangle to me at first, but the corner near the bottom could be 90 degrees if viewed at the right angle.
They may laugh, but they will remember.
Oddly enough, I’ve never laughed at geometry.

They laughed when he set down the plane, oh how they laughed.
The spelling changed, but …
… Hypo Tonoose was an ancestor of Uncle Tonoose.
That’s a bad sine.
Many Liberals find “Hypotenuse” a racially offensive word. Sensitive and uneducated ignorant little flowers that they are.
I saw those at the zoo!
I used to call it a “Hipo-ten-use” LOL
As in it’s the ‘correct’ triangle. Hypotenuse is just its stage name.
although Frank is a square when it comes to math, he is right today…!
Isn’t a hypotenuse an animal that lives in Africa?
He’s just being obtuse.
Wait until Frank learns about OH-AH-OA and SOH-CAH-TOA
You may be right, I may be crazy. But it just may be a pseudonym you’re looking for.
Hypotenuse was Greek meaning?
“…with Brigitte Bardot playing the part of hypotenuse” (sorry, Tom Lehrer flashback)
It’s called a hypotenuse, because Pythagoras couldnt spell hippopotamus
“Hypo-” means “low”, while “hyper-” means “high” (as in “-allergenic” or “-active”). Now I’ve just got to figure out what a “tenuse” is and I can start exploiting the untapped market for high ones.
I don’t think it is nice to nock hypotenuses. They are scary with those big teeth and belong in a zoo or the Nile…
It’s not as bad as the name for the 7th planet.
Sounds more like Triggermometry to me!
Trig was learning the kludges for not having a right triangle.
It is all a matter of perspective.
