For those who need a translation:

Everyone knows it’s ’Strine for “My girlfriend threw up in my vehicle”!!!

Greatness is fleeting—Even Alexander is only Mediocre now!

But today’s Wednesday. And Wednesday is Sundae at Carvel. Mmmm, glorious sundaes…

When I think of greatness, I think of myself. Though with great (naturally) humility.

;-) Poor Gloria. I hope that wasn’t her “15 minutes of fame.”

One of the real translations deals with worldly things – Possessions. I think it’s more like stopping to smell the roses, enjoying the beauty of a sunset because it will not last. The only constant in the world is change and we should appreciate the moment.

Actually, pretty much every day’s Non Sequitur is very nice. It’s one of my favorite comic strips.

When I think of greatness, I think, “Whose concept of greatness? Mine, or somebody else’s?”

If we thought of ourselves as the race of humanity and the glory of it might work better. Though glory et al sound a bit pretencious to me. Bigpuma knows about that…
