Do those Mouthy Eyes signify an ocular mishap caused by Flying Fingernails? “Gobble up those clippings, lads! There’s a Good Trooper!” I can’t see a good outcome here….

This is actually alike to something I drew back in 1973.I had also placed an eyeball where the mouth should normally be, though.It is a valid psychological concept, regarding how your eyes speak and you receive intelligence by speaking as much as you communicate outward. The exchange of information is equal in either case, and not in a single direction. Also, the eyes devour and the brain is fed by what passes through them.But you never see where the dead bits of your self, the natural outgrowth of your farthest extremities, go when they are separated from your living self, which is odd.
