It doesn’t bother me…NOW, I’m retired. But getting up when it’s dark, going to work when it’s dark and going home when it’s dark was bloody depressing. I would have thought it have been banned due to seasonal disorders.
If you’re into tea instead of coffee, you could use this giant-sized teapot from the 1904 World’s Fair in St. Louis.https://cdm17210.contentdm.oclc.org/digital/collection/lpe/id/4135/rec/1
It’s the transition from standard to daylight that is messed up. My proposal is to keep the pacific zone on permanent daylight time and the mountain zone on permanent standard time.
The twice-a-year changing of the clocks has never bothered me, but I can still relate to her coffee habit. More power to her, though I do have to wonder how she even manages to drink out of that cup — or load her coffee maker.

Call me old fashioned, but I prefer standard time over anything else.

I dutifully procrastinated enough so I do not need to change clocks this time.

It’s going to be tough tomorrow morning when I get up at 4:30 and it feels like 3:30.

I don’t care about either (tho preferring later light in the evening) but DO wish the ptb would just land on one and stay with it.

I like daylight saving time! Who wants to get up in the dark and at 4:30-5:00 it starts getting dark? I feel like a mushroom in a dark basement!
