Sugar, caffeine. Six of one, half dozen of the other.

True story. Years ago I read a science fiction story where a character is eating chocolate covered espresso beans. When I discovered that it was a real thing my jaw dropped. I figured anything that great must be illegal.

Coffee is the most terrible thing in the world and you can’t change my mind. It tastes so terrible and even putting sugars or creams into it makes it worse. I will never have it again.

Coffee is nasty. Marshmallows are worse.

I am in total agreement with the mom on this one! Black coffee, no sugar.

Don’t like coffee. I know that most folks do, but my preference is for tea.

The idea for marshmallow bits (‘marbits’ in cereal parlance) came when John Holahan, vice president of General Mills, cut up some circus peanuts to put in his kids’ cereal. The first cereal with marbits was Lucky Charms in 1964.

I’ll take Heart’s cereal over her mom’s coffee every day of the year. Coffee is the most disgusting fluid ever invented. Why do people torture themselves by drinking it?

Ah, but it’s nothing compared to the delicious taste of bran cereal. That’s what I keep telling myself… every morning…
