Looks like the Mafia has taken over the Girl Scouts.

Why Tony Soprano’s daughter sold the most Girl Scout cookies.

Except now the parents take the order form to the office and shame their colleagues into placing an order. Personally, I never liked GS cookies. Even when I sold them as a girl scout (mumble mumble) years ago!

I wouldn’t have opened the door.

I was too shy to sell those cookies door to door. So my poor Mom, as Mom’s are want to be the best thing in all mankind, bought all my cookies. We ate those blame things for an entire year and I no longer have a taste for them. In my dotage I now realize How Green Was My Valley.

That’s how they used to sell GS cookies in my old neighborhood !

Only they’d say:

" Youse is gonna take six of dese and no lip… or else, ye’ll get a fat one ! "
