Teledentistry. Waldoes working thousands of miles away from the operator. Dental care could be made available all around the world, 24 hours per day as needed.
Hook it up to AI learning system and over time it would be able to do more and more of the work without an operator present.
Well on the way to an autodoc!!
Clarence could soon be effectively treating tens of thousands simultaneously. Charging a nominal fee of say $5 per patient he might pull in $1.2 million per day even at the rate of one patient per hour per autodentist. Most likely the AI could work much faster than that — most dentists do — just that they can’t treat but one person or group of patients at a time and can’t work nonstop 24 hours per day.
Go for it. I would be pleased as punch with 0.01% of the royalties and might negotiate even lower. (Hey, $120 a day is nothing to sneeze at. And he might charge more than that $5 each.)

Going to the Dentist is necessary. Its your health. So suck it up buttercup and just do it. Besides, you have a kid now, so set an example.

My favorite excuse? “My dog got sick,” of course.
I actually have taken off work so I could tend to my sick cat.

Panel 9: Dentist should have a picture of his boat on the desk, too!
As in: “All of my patient’s bad habits are paying for my boat!”

Personally, I could empathize with the dog excuse…and Clarence has a pet, too.
