The drawing looks like a pilot for a TBS sitcom.

For a proper 1930s sci-fi cover illo, the lady has to be more scantily clad (helmet, brass brassiere, tiny skirt, no more) and the green bug-eyed monster has to have its hands/claws/tentacles on her.

Is that Madonna?

I can’t remember seeing this one before. Was it colorized? Can’t imagine black and white being as effective.
