Comes Halloween they decide to pull out all the stops. They’re stunned when the quiet, nerdy neighbor next door REALLY goes over the top. His place is full on Satanic, and he’s got dozens of folks showing up in cowled robes. They decide to go over and congratulate him on outdoing them…
