When did Luann and Quill laugh at Tiffany behind her back…? I Do remembeder the embarrassing confrontation by Quill, but Tiffany Did ask for it as she so shamelessly tried to whisk Quill away from Luann… ;)

“If anyone whisked him away it was Luann.” For once Luann “won.” They just have a teenage-girl rivalry…snotty, but then just being immature teens at the moment… The key word being “moment.” ;)

It all started when Aaron showed up to school… – Since then, Luann and Tiffany “stopped being friends” (they get along, but it takes some glue and a bunch of other people to balance it all out) and they have teamed up (ex: the volleyball tourney) and united for a “common cause”. The only time they seem to be at each others’ throats, is over boys and when one perceives the other as a “threat”….

In fact, it seems that Luann’s ‘competition’ with Tiffany has gotten so that she couldn’t even give Tiffany the satisfaction here of being “one up” on such a matter as planning the whole prom vs. Luann’s double date plans…

Re: Tiff getting made fun of…sometimes she Does overdo it. And, I don’t think she was working on her career when the Firefighters mishap occurred, for example. Maybe she Is lonely, but that might be the result of always looking at herself in the mirror or messing with her hair or her lipstick or, or, or…that sort of stuff is exactly what gets on “regular” girls’ nerves and turns them off to her. I have to admit, though, that Tiff is lonely…but most times she brings it on herself… JMO. ;)

If Tiffany didn’t have DADDY’S MONEY she would probably be going to community college just like Luann. HER DADDY has bailed her out of jams and bought her into drama camp and Moony U. along with other various and sundry items.

I’ve known a few Tiffanys in my time and don’t feel any sympathy for her. We don’t really know much about her family, except that her daddy bought her way into drama camp and college. And she doesn’t have any friends because she can’t be trusted. She would also lose interest in Quill if he and Luann broke up.

It would be nice, however, if Luann congratulates Tiff on all her hard work pulling the prom together. But, it will be easier for her to parade Quill in front of Tiff. And, Luann had better be careful…older teenage boys do Not want to be paraded in front of Anyone, not matter who they are LOL ;)

I’d like to see Luann go back to Australia with Quill for a few weeks during the Summer Break. I just looked and she could get a round trip flight for about $2,000.00. Maybe she could wheedle that out of her folks for a graduation present.

It’s time for Tiffany to admit to herself that a big puppydog football star is perhaps not all that bad a date and snare Oxford into taking her to the prom. Luann has become way too snarky and smug in her having Quill firmly in her grasp (so to speak). Tiff must find a riposte!

After years of taking Tiff’s crap, Luann is giving back all that she got. If you become like your enemy…it means that they were right. Best to rise above it Luann. Just because you can tell someone to kiss your a$$, does not mean you have to become one in the process.

As much as I enjoyed Luann one-upping Tiffany, Tiffany does have more to do coordinating the prom.

Have some decency and let Tiffany be.-Not having a date to prom, or a boyfriend in high school is not the end of the world.-Not seemingly having any plans about your near adult future. years ago I used to run Norton, but it was such a resource hog that it slowed my system down noticeably. I tried a few over the years … I think Avira actually let a virus thru to infect my system, which took 2 days to clean up again..

No one particular anti-virus program is sufficient to combat every known threat out there. It takes a combination of things. Anti-Virus/anti-malware software is an important part. But equally as important is keeping a good set of backups (system image backups), as some threats are simply immune to all anti-mallware products. Plus, there are the “Zero Day” threats that not even the developers or anti-malware companies know about (or have patched) yet.

Bottom line, the only sure way to know that you’ve eliminated the entire threat on an infected computer is to either restore from a backup that is known/trusted to be safe, or to re-install the OS software from a totally wiped out drive. Anti-Malware products are helpful, but in no way are they foolproof.

You can tell I’m in “study mode” for my last credential exam (an IT Security exam), scheduled for the end of this month. So if I’m not around much, that’s why. :-)

It would !But ! …….^And in addition, and I guess kinda connecting to your last point, the “rehab shows” and “basketball spouses” shows are also full of “negative drama”. Some of it ’trumped up" and some of it from people all too eager to…. “bring it”…

I most certainly hope there will be some significant dialogue.between Quill & Luann on Prom Night! I admit that I have set my expectations high, anticipating Graduation to be an elaboration upon Prom!

Might be he’s trying to compare this to a legacy strip where the current author is running previously outstanding work into the ground. -I am enjoying the ‘toon too !It’s been proven that character conflict drives a story. ^Yeah, I can understand the connection he speaks of. I agree with him (and others) that the whole “snarky remarky” can get t-I-r-e-some and then some! in that sense, I actually agree with “Really Bad”, about not beating up on Tiffany"… – Character conflict indeed drives a story, but one thing I notice about some shows these days, they seem to now have a trend to let the “frienemies” team up every now and then. Greg has done that some here, too… I’d like to see a balance between them, and have someone new be the new antagonist for Luann…

Actually, it’s Tiffany who gets the zinger here. Boutonniere / Butt(on)-hole is a pretty good joke! It shows that she’s actually clever, at least at times. which runs contrary to the belief system of most Luann-worshipers.
