Couldn’t use the reply function to answer you, for some reason. I agree that Frank and Nancy weren’t thinking of renting to Quill (and not just for the obvious reason; after all, isn’t Quill living rent free right now? Why would he want to change that?)

It would be fun if we got to see Frank and Nancy interviewing possible tenants, and a lot of them were the friends of Bernice’s roommate!

It’s kind of funny that Frank is talking about being practical, when he’s about to invest whatever retirement funds they have in a major renovation of a building (always costs more than expected), and then operate a bunch of businesses he’s never run before…

To MAKE extra money. I guess Quill must be paying rent at Gunther’s home. I thought they were taking him in for free so Gunther would have a friend and the mom would have another boy to take baby.

It looks like Frank says who they’re thinking of renting the room to: “thinking of renting out Brad’s room to Ma…” But I don’t know which character that would be. Anybody know who that fits?
